Arka Advisors is looking for an experienced accounting professional to join our growing Finance & Accounting team in Bengaluru (Jayanagar) .

Role: Assistant Manager / Senior Accountant

Location: Bengaluru (Jayanagar)

We’re looking for someone with strong hands-on experience in accounting, bookkeeping, financial reporting and finance operations , who can independently manage accounting assignments and support multiple clients.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong hands-on experience in Zoho Books and day-to-day accounting

• Experience in ERP/accounting system migration

• Preparation of Financial Statements (FS) for audit

• Ability to prepare and implement SOPs

• Knowledge of bank payment upload and processing

• Experience in MIS and management reporting

• Experience in training, mentoring or guiding accounting teams

• Prior experience with a CA firm preferred

• Strong experience in bank, ledger, customer/vendor and other financial reconciliations
