Entry-Level Implementation Specialist
Jobgether · Remote, United States
Job Description
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a HubSpot Implementation Specialist based in the United States.
We are seeking a hands-on HubSpot Implementation Specialist to help deliver tailored CRM solutions for a diverse portfolio of clients. In this client-facing, project-based role, you will transform solution designs into fully functional HubSpot environments that support marketing, sales, customer service, and business operations. You will lead data migration activities, configure workflows, build integrations, and ensure that client information remains accurate, accessible, and reliable throughout the transition. Working closely with a Solutions Architect and client stakeholders, you will contribute to successful implementations while identifying opportunities to improve processes and reporting. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapting to different business requirements, technical environments, and data structures. This is an excellent opportunity for a curious, detail-oriented professional who enjoys solving complex problems and wants to expand their expertise into CRM integrations, automation, data tools, and analytics.
\HubSpot Implementation and Configuration:
Build and configure HubSpot environments according to solution designs, including objects, properties, pipelines, lifecycle stages, workflows, user permissions, and reporting structures.
Data Migration and Transformation:
Plan and execute migrations from Salesforce, legacy CRM platforms, and disconnected business tools into HubSpot, managing data extraction, field mapping, deduplication, cleanup, validation, and post-migration reconciliation.
Configure and optimize automation across Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, and Operations Hub to align with documented client processes and business objectives.
Connect HubSpot with client systems using native integrations, integration platform as a service (iPaaS) tools, and the HubSpot API where necessary.
Review existing HubSpot portals, identify configuration issues and inefficiencies, document current functionality, and recommend improvements or retirement of outdated components.
Quality Assurance and Testing:
Conduct thorough implementation testing by validating record counts, data integrity, automation logic, integration performance, and reporting accuracy before client handoff.
Client Communication and Training:
Participate in client meetings to gather requirements, demonstrate implementation progress, explain technical constraints in accessible language, and deliver documentation and training that enable clients to manage their systems effectively.
Project and Scope Management:
Manage deliverables across multiple concurrent client engagements, accurately track project time, monitor progress, and identify scope changes or delivery risks early.
Develop and maintain internal implementation playbooks, templates, reusable assets, and standardized processes to improve delivery quality and efficiency.
Expand expertise beyond HubSpot into adjacent CRM platforms, integration technologies, data management tools, and analytics solutions as the practice grows.
HubSpot Certifications:
Hold at least one active HubSpot certification in Marketing Hub Software and/or Sales Hub Software. Revenue Operations and Reporting certifications are advantageous. Bring at least 2 years of practical HubSpot configuration experience, including personal responsibility for at least one implementation or data migration project.
Data Migration Expertise:
Demonstrate experience with high-volume data imports and exports, field mapping, deduplication, source data cleanup, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.
HubSpot Data Model Knowledge:
Understand HubSpot objects, associations, properties, and the relationship between configuration decisions, data structure, and downstream reporting.
Spreadsheet and Analytical Skills:
Possess strong spreadsheet skills to manipulate, transform, validate, and reconcile datasets while maintaining data accuracy.
Understand CRM automation and integrations, with the ability to configure workflows and connect systems using appropriate tools and technologies.
Project Management and Organization:
Demonstrate strong attention to detail, time management, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple client projects and switch between different technical environments without losing accuracy.
Approach implementation challenges methodically, test assumptions, identify root causes, and deliver reliable solutions aligned with client requirements.
Show a genuine interest in expanding technical capabilities beyond HubSpot, including adjacent CRM platforms, integration tools, data technologies, and analytics.
Preferred Consulting Experience:
Previous experience working for a HubSpot Solutions Partner, implementation agency, or consulting firm is an advantage.
Salesforce-to-HubSpot migration experience, Operations Hub configuration, custom-coded workflow actions, or enterprise-level HubSpot implementations involving custom objects, business units, and advanced permissions are desirable.
Additional Technical Skills:
Familiarity with iPaaS platforms such as Zapier, Make, or Workato, the HubSpot API, and programming or data tools such as SQL, Python, or JavaScript is a plus.
Experience with go-to-market technologies, including data enrichment, sales engagement, marketing automation, and business intelligence platforms, is beneficial.
Remote Work:
Work remotely from the United States, offering flexibility in how you organize your workday.
Access opportunities to expand your technical knowledge beyond HubSpot into adjacent CRM systems, integration platforms, data tooling, and analytics.
Varied Client Engagements:
Work across multiple industries, business models, and technology environments, gaining broad implementation and consulting experience.
Technical Mentorship:
Collaborate directly with a Solutions Architect and develop your implementation expertise through hands-on project work.
Contribute to the expansion of a growing HubSpot Solutions Partner practice, with opportunities to broaden your responsibilities as the service offering evolves.
Process Innovation:
Help create reusable implementation resources, improve delivery workflows, and influence how future client projects are executed.
