We're Hiring | Sales Executive / Sales Manager (PEB Sales)

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: 3+ Years (Preferred in PEB / Steel Structures / Industrial Sales / Construction-related Sales)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across target market segments.
• Build strong relationships with clients, OEMs, architects, contractors, developers, consultants, and construction companies to generate leads and referrals.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
• Set sales goals and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Address client concerns, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales support, including technical assistance and project coordination.
• Monitor sales performance against targets and KPIs and prepare regular management reports.
• Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Provide insights and recommendations to management for strategic decision-making.
