Project Controls Specialist We are seeking multiple Project Controls professionals to support the financial and operational performance of large-scale electrical construction projects. These individuals will work alongside project managers, engineers, and field teams to monitor project costs, track schedules, support forecasting, and help ensure projects remain on budget and on schedule. Key Responsibilities Monitor project budgets, costs, commitments, and expenditures. Assist with cost forecasting, financial reporting, and budget tracking. Track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables. Identify potential cost variances, schedule risks, and areas requiring corrective action. Support change order management and documentation. Prepare regular project status reports and communicate updates to project stakeholders. Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting records. Collaborate with project managers, engineering teams, procurement, and field personnel to support project execution. Assist with project planning, resource tracking, and performance analysis. Qualifications Experience in project controls, project coordination, project scheduling, cost analysis, or a related field. Exposure to construction, electrical contracting, engineering, or industrial projects preferred. Understanding of project budgets, cost tracking, forecasting, or scheduling. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other project reporting tools. xuwmhxw Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
