Fuel Truck SupervisorThis position is responsible for overseeing Fuel Truck Drivers to meet customer needs and resolve issues while ensuring the highest level of safety.Primary ResponsibilitiesMaintains an up-to-date listing of assigned driversEnsures access to an up-to-date route sheet for each scheduled routeEnsures that each scheduled route is appropriately covered by utilizing available relief or substitute driversMaintains an accurate daily attendance roster of driversDemonstrates a comprehensive knowledge of DOT regulationsOversee transportation of fuel, inventory levels, daily pricing, market movement, warehousing, deliveries, reloading with minimal downtime and efficient route planningEnsures that drivers clock their times accurately and that any write-in time is accurately reflected on the daily reportCoordinates with drivers to resolve any issues, problems, or concerns that arise during deliveryPerform a variety of clerical support duties as assignedBenefitsWe offer a full benefits package including, health, dental, vision, and more401(k) plans with company matchCompany paid life insurance and short-term disabilityEligible for monthly bonusPaid time offSix paid holidaysRequirementsExcellent communication and customer service skillsMust be available to take calls on weekends and eveningsMust have at least 2-3 years of experience in previous fuel dispatch
