About Muun Home: Muun Home is a design-led home brand blending European minimalism with Indian colours, textures, and craftsmanship. Founder-led, with a strong focus on original design and small-batch production.

The Role: We need someone who can turn customer conversations into sales — across WhatsApp, Instagram, website chat, and email — while delivering great post-purchase support. You'll own the full customer journey: pre-sales, conversion, support, and retention.

What You'll Do

-Sales & Pre-Sales Conversion

• Manage all inbound conversations across WhatsApp, Instagram DMs/comments, website live chat, and email, responding quickly and turning interest into completed orders
• Reach out to warm leads — abandoned carts, product questions, DM engagement — with a consultative, low-pressure approach
• Help customers understand product materials, styling, and use cases to build confidence in their purchase
• Recommend complementary or upgraded products where it genuinely benefits the customer, in line with the brand's tone
• Monitor and report conversion rates across chat, DM, and comment channels, and flag where customers are dropping off to the growth team

-Customer Support & Retention

• Resolve order issues — delays, returns, exchanges — with empathy and efficiency
• Keep Muun Home's warm, considered brand voice consistent across every interaction
• Gather and share customer feedback and product insights with the founders and growth team

-Marketplace Support

• Help manage day-to-day activity on Amazon, Tata Cliq Luxury, and other marketplace platforms
• Track ratings, reviews, and customer Q&A, responding directly or escalating where necessary
• Support listing updates, promotional offers, and catalogue accuracy
• Work with the growth/marketplace manager on campaigns and product launches

-Operations Support

• Liaise with warehouse and operations teams on dispatches and any exceptions
• Follow up on delayed or special orders until they're resolved
• Provide extra support during sales periods, promotions, and launches

-Events & In-Person Brand Work

• Help set up and run pop-ups, exhibitions, flea markets, and other brand events
• Lead in-person sales conversations and manage product displays
• Gather customer feedback and insights from face-to-face interactions
• Represent Muun Home warmly and authentically at events

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience with a D2C premium or luxury brand (mandatory) — with hands-on experience in pre-sales, conversion, or consultative selling through digital channels
• A demonstrated ability to turn conversations (DMs, chats, comments or calls ) into actual purchases
• Strong communication skills, written and spoken, in English
• A natural ability to build rapport and pick up on buying signals
• Self-motivated and organized, able to take full ownership of a query without needing close supervision
• A genuine interest in design, home decor, or lifestyle brands
• Willingness to take on varied responsibilities, including working at on-ground events

Nice to have:

• Experience with Instagram/WhatsApp Business tools, live chat platforms/calls or CRM/helpdesk systems
• Working knowledge of marketplace operations (Amazon Seller Central, Tata Cliq, etc.)
