SAP Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager with 10+ years of IT experience and strong expertise in SAP implementation, rollout, migration, enhancement, and support projects. The candidate will lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and drive SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end SAP projects; Manage project scope, budget, timelines, risks, and resources; Drive governance and stakeholder communication; Coordinate with business, functional, and technical teams; Manage RAID logs and steering committee reviews; Ensure quality delivery and successful project closure; Support testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.

Must-Have Skills

10+ years of IT experience; SAP Project Management experience; SAP S/4HANA implementation exposure; Agile and Waterfall methodologies; Stakeholder and vendor management; Budget and financial management; Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

SAP Activate methodology; PMP/PRINCE2 certification; Multi-country rollout experience; SAP Cloud solutions exposure including BTP, SuccessFactors, Ariba, Concur, and SAC.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
