About Role:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with strong expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint and presentation design .

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling, professional, and brand-aligned presentations and other visual communication materials. You should have a strong understanding of layout, typography, color, visual hierarchy, and storytelling , along with the ability to convert complex information and data into clear and engaging visual content.

This role requires close collaboration with teams such as Marketing, Sales, Leadership, and other business stakeholders to develop high-quality presentations and creative assets.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop high-impact PowerPoint presentations for internal and external communications, client pitches, leadership meetings, events, and business presentations.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Executive, and other business stakeholders to understand requirements and transform ideas, content, and data into visually engaging presentations.
• Ensure consistent application of WCT brand guidelines , including colors, fonts, layouts, imagery, and overall visual identity.
• Create custom graphics, icons, infographics, diagrams, charts, and data visualizations to communicate information effectively.
• Build and maintain PowerPoint templates, slide masters, layouts, and visual systems to improve consistency and design efficiency.
• Transform complex or technical information into simple, visually appealing, and easy-to-understand content .
• Support the creation of additional creative assets such as:

Social media graphics

One-pagers

Reports

Marketing collateral

Digital and print materials

• Work closely with the design team to maintain a consistent visual identity across presentations and other communication materials.
• Incorporate PowerPoint animations, transitions, and visual effects where appropriate to enhance storytelling.
• Manage multiple design requests and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines .

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field , or equivalent professional experience.
• Professional experience in Graphic Design, Presentation Design, Visual Communication, or a similar role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint , including:

Slide design and layouts

Slide Master

Templates

Charts and infographics

SmartArt and custom graphics

Animations and transitions

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite , particularly:

Adobe Illustrator

Adobe Photoshop

Adobe InDesign

• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy .
• Ability to create professional infographics, illustrations, diagrams, and data visualizations .
• Ability to understand complex information and communicate it through clear and compelling visual storytelling .
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with non-design stakeholders and incorporate feedback.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing presentations for corporate, consulting, technology, or professional services organizations .
• Experience creating presentations for client pitches, sales presentations, executive communications, and business reviews .
• Knowledge of brand storytelling and presentation strategy .
• Experience with animation, motion graphics, or advanced PowerPoint transitions .
• Familiarity with Figma, Google Slides, Keynote, or Canva .
• Basic understanding of UX/UI principles and visual hierarchy .
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment .
• Experience working with Microsoft or technology-focused organizations is an added advantage.
