HSE Engineer -Transmission Line and Substation

Job Description Position Overview: AECOM is looking for the position of HSE Engineer, who will monitor and enforce implementation of the approved HSE plan across transmission line, substation and HVDC works and promote a proactive safety culture. Key Responsibilities: Review contractor HSE plans, risk assessments, JSA/JHA, method statements and emergency-response procedures. Monitor implementation of permit-to-work, lockout/tagout and electrical-safety systems. Inspect work-at-height activities, tower erection, stringing, lifting, excavation, scaffolding and confined-space work. Verify competency, certification and authorization of operators, riggers, electricians, equipment operators and specialist personnel.
