Senior Manager, Tax Equity

Leading the structuring of tax and preferred equity transactions, the full-time Senior Manager, Tax Equity will manage financial modeling, underwriting, and transaction execution in a remote environment, while mentoring team members and engaging with clients. Key responsibilities Build, maintain, and audit complex financial models for tax/hybrid and preferred equity transactions Lead the screening and underwriting of new opportunities, developing pricing and structuring recommendations Prepare investment materials for the Investment Committee, including transaction economics and risk analyses Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or MS preferred Minimum 4+ years of experience in renewable energy, structured finance, or infrastructure investing with direct tax equity and/or preferred equity experience Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to build complex partnership models; VBA or Python skills a plus Strong understanding of tax equity and preferred equity structures, including partnership flip and hybrid structures Experience leading transaction workstreams and coordinating due diligence in a transaction-focused environment
