You are SoFast's person on the ground in Olympia. You own the relationship with every retailer carrying the brand, and you know at any given moment exactly what is happening with SoFast on their shelves.
What You'll DoOwn the retailer relationships across the Olympia market — convenience, grocery and independentsVisit accounts on a set route; verify placement, pricing, cold-box position, POS and inventoryTrack and report store-level activity weekly: velocity, voids, out-of-stocks, competitive moves and new placementsWork alongside the Pepsi distributor team to fix issues fast and win new doorsRun sampling and local activations that drive trial and repeat purchaseBe the eyes and ears of the brand — feed real market intelligence back to leadership
What You Bring3+ years in beverage or CPG field sales, field marketing, or distributor account managementExperience inside convenience and grocery retail; you know how a shelf gets wonOrganized and data-disciplined — reporting is part of the job, not xzbcwsv an afterthoughtSelf-directed, reliable, and comfortable owning a market with light supervisionValid driver's license, clean record and your own vehicle; local to the Olympia area
