Description How You Will Contribute The Techno Lead is the owner of technology, line assets, and technical capability for the production line. The role is accountable for equipment and process reliability to ensure extended asset life and optimum line performance by adopting HPWS and IL6S ways of working. The Techno Lead works closely with Business Development and Engineering teams during technical interventions to support vertical start-ups. As the subject matter expert for line technology and processes, the Techno Lead is responsible for strengthening the technical and process capability of the line team to support the loss elimination journey. The role also owns and drives the Preventive Maintenance (PM) Standard Work Process (SWP) to ensure progression of the PM pillar as per the line
