Wellstar Health System seeks a compassionate RN for our MedSurg unit in Columbia County on night shift. The RN will deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care, coordinating treatment plans, administering medications, monitoring conditions, and collaborating with physicians, therapists, and support staff. Responsibilities include patient assessments, documentation, discharge planning, and patient/family education.
