The Executive Director of Maintenance and Auxiliary Services provides overall department strategy and management to ensure Facilities Engineering goals and objectives are met. Implements engineering maintenance, auxiliary services, and repair programs. Responsible for administration and management of personnel who carry out engineering, auxiliary services, and maintenance functions. Coordinates and directs project consultants, contractors, and activities. Maintains regulatory compliance with City of Houston, Harris County, Houston Fire Department and maintenance schedules, records and documentation while assisting in capital project planning.
