Who we are looking for

We're looking for a full-time, onsite Graphic Designer based in Bengaluru who is passionate about creating visuals that perform.

You'll be responsible for designing engaging creatives for social media, paid advertisements, brand identities, marketing campaigns, and creator-led content. This role is ideal for someone who understands that great design isn't just aesthetic—it should also drive engagement, conversions, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
• Create ad creatives optimized for performance marketing campaigns.
• Develop branding assets including logos, color systems, typography, and brand guidelines.
• Design marketing materials, presentations, banners, and campaign collateral.
• Collaborate with the content, video, and performance marketing teams.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, platform updates, and creative best practices.
• Maintain consistency across multiple client brands while bringing fresh creative ideas.

Skills & Qualification

• Strong understanding of branding, visual identity, color theory, typography, and layout.
• Ability to balance aesthetics with performance-driven design.
• Good understanding of social media design trends and user behaviour.
• Knowledge of ad creatives and what makes a visual perform.
• 1–2 years of experience in graphic design is preferred.
• Freshers with a strong portfolio and creative skills are also encouraged to apply.
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to feedback, and continuously upskill.
