Physical Therapist

Role Description The Physical Therapist will deliver one-on-one, 60-minute outpatient sessions, performing evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing evidence-based interventions. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing patient conditions, documenting progress, updating care plans, and collaborating with referring providers as needed. The role involves educating patients on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and strategies to support long-term functional improvement. • Demonstrated expertise in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation.
• Strong manual skills a must with experience with additional manual modalities including but not limited to cupping and Graston©️
• .Proven skills in Patient Care, with an emphasis on one-on-one treatment, patient education, and clear communication
• .Current state license (or eligibility for licensure) as a Physical Therapist in Connecticut
• .Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program
• .Experience in outpatient orthopedics or sports rehabilitation is highly beneficial
