Senior Associate Broker - Commercial Real Estate

Role Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through outbound outreach and prospecting
• Oversee the full sales pipeline: listings, marketing, negotiations, LOIs, PSAs, and closings
• Collaborate with your team and and marketing staff to bring listings to market
• Produce Broker Opinions of Value (BOVs), pull relevant comps, and pitch properties
• Own and grow key relationships with investors and property owners

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate, financial services, or enterprise level sale
• Licensed Real Estate agent, or having the ability to obtain one
• Experience leading a team or having the desire to mentor junior agents
• Fluent or experienced with CRM systems, research platforms, financial tools, and prospecting
