What you’ll doProactively source and headhunt data and AI professionals for active vacancies.Screen candidates to understand their skills, experience and career goals.Build pipelines of specialist talent for current and future searches.Build relationships with new and existing clients.Generate new business through outreach and sales conversations.Manage interviews, offers and placements.Work toward clear activity and revenue targets.
Who we’re looking forYou have experience sourcing candidates in agency recruitment, ideally within technology. You know how to engage people who aren’t actively looking, manage multiple searches and assess candidates beyond their résumés.Experience on a 360 desk is valuable, particularly if you enjoy the candidate side and want to bring strong sourcing skills to a specialist market. You should also be comfortable building client relationships and developing new business as part of this role.
