Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Territory Manager role based in North Bihar (Purnia, Samastipur, Muzaffarpur) and South Bihar (Bhagalpur, Bihar Sharif, Sasaram), Bihar India. The Territory Manager is responsible for managing sales and distribution activities within the assigned region, promoting the company’s agrochemical products to farmers, dealers, and distributors. Daily tasks include visiting field locations, conducting product demonstrations, organizing farmer meetings, and building strong relationships with channel partners. The role involves tracking sales performance, gathering market intelligence, and providing feedback to internal teams on customer needs and competitor activity. The Territory Manager will also support marketing initiatives, ensure compliance with company policies, and prepare regular reports on territory performance.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and relationship management skills, with experience working with farmers, dealers, and distributors in agricultural markets.
• Knowledge of agrochemicals, crop protection practices, and local agricultural conditions in Bihar or similar regions.
• Ability to plan and execute territory strategies, including field visits, farmer engagement activities, and dealer coordination.
• Competence in communication, negotiation, and presentation, with the ability to explain product benefits and usage clearly.
• Minimum of a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Science, or a related field is preferred.
• 5 - 6 years of experience in Pesticides Industry.
