Our mission is to deliver exceptional craftsmanship, timeless design, and unmatched attention to detail in every home we build.Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent with a proven track record in managing ground-up custom luxury residential projects. The ideal candidate will be an expert in Procore and will oversee day-to-day on-site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise all on-site construction activities for custom luxury homes from groundbreaking to final walkthroughCoordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and internal project teamsEnforce safety standards and site cleanliness in compliance with OSHA and company guidelinesMaintain detailed and accurate project records through Procore including daily logs, RFIs, submittals, and change ordersEnsure all work is performed in accordance with plans, specs, and quality standardsSchedule and lead subcontractor meetings; coordinate inspections with local building departmentsMonitor project timelines and costs; identify potential delays or budget overruns earlyWork closely with the Project Manager to track progress, resolve issues, and ensure timely project deliveryRepresent the company professionally with clients, vendors, and neighborsQualifications5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on custom luxury single-family or estate residential projects (Heavy Custom Experience Required)Procore proficiency is a must – daily logs, drawing management, submittals, RFIs, and schedulingStrong knowledge of residential construction methods, materials, and building codesProven ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawingsExceptional leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and subcontractors efficiently under tight timelinesValid Florida Driver’s License and reliable transportationPreferred QualificationsLocal market experience in Palm Beach or Broward CountyOSHA 30 CertificationExperience with additional construction software xzbcwsv (Buildertrend, MS Project, Bluebeam)Why Join UsBe part of a visionary, high-end development team known for delivering excellenceOpportunity to work on some of South Florida’s most elite residential propertiesCompetitive compensation, performance-based bonuses, and comprehensive benefitsApply TodayIf you are a detail-oriented construction leader with luxury home experience and Procore expertise, we’d love to hear from you.
