Technical Services Manager

<p><b>Position: Service Manager-Technical</b></p><p><b>Location : Delhi (North India Region)</b></p><p><b>Experience:</b></p><ul><li><b>8-10 Years</b></li></ul><p><b>Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li><b>B.E/B. Tech - Chemical / Industrial Chemistry/ Environmental Engineering</b></li></ul><p><b>Job Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Manage and lead the regional service team responsible for water treatment programs in cooling towers, boilers, RO plants, and process systems.</li><li>Plan and monitor routine site visits, audits, and troubleshooting across customer sites in North India.</li><li>Review and optimize chemical dosing, system performance, and water quality based on field data and lab analysis.</li><li>Prepare and review technical service reports, action plans, and improvement recommendations.</li><li>Support the sales team by providing technical inputs for new proposals, customer reviews, and product trials.</li><li>Ensure timely resolution of service-related issues and maintain high customer satisfaction.</li><li>Drive adherence to EHS, compliance, and quality standards in all service operations.</li></ul><p><b>Skill/Knowledge Required:</b></p><ul><li>Strong knowledge of water chemistry and treatment practices for cooling, boiler, and membrane systems.</li><li>Competence in preparing service reports, audit documentation, and customer presentations.</li><li>Experience in handling Fertilizer / Chemical/ O&amp;G / Metal/ Power and process industrie<b>s</b></li></ul><p></p><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?%2fK55m7FKWEfpG%2fRN0M47L3xNgtoIrR7pm" width="0" height="0" />
