<p> We’re Hiring: Account Manager – Social Media &amp; Digital </p> <p> Location: Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi </p> <p> Work Mode: Work from office </p> <p> Company: MLabs Digital </p> <p> MLabs Digital is looking for an Account Manager – Social Media &amp; Digital who can own client relationships, manage digital and social media deliverables, and drive high-quality video-led content output. </p> <p> This is a client-facing role for someone who understands social media, content, digital marketing, and the fast-changing role of AI in content creation. </p> <p> What you’ll do Own day-to-day client communication and relationship management. Understand client briefs and convert them into clear execution plans. Manage social media calendars, campaign requirements, video content plans, and digital deliverables. Work closely with video editors, designers, writers, production teams, and performance marketing teams. Ensure that all content output, especially video content, is high-quality, on-brand, and delivered on time. Review creatives, scripts, reels, edits, captions, copies, and campaign assets before client delivery. Coordinate shoots, production requirements, creator/content needs, and post-production workflows. Use AI tools to improve speed, quality, ideation, scripting, content creation, and client servicing. Track client feedback, ensure timely revisions, and maintain strong internal follow-ups. Bring structure, clarity, and ownership to client accounts. </p><p> Who we’re looking for 1–4 years of experience in account management, social media, digital marketing, content, or agency-side client servicing. Strong understanding of Instagram, You Tube, Linked In, short-form video, digital campaigns, and branded content. Ability to manage multiple clients and deliverables without losing attention to detail. Good communication skills and the confidence to speak with clients directly. Strong eye for content quality, especially video edits, storytelling, hooks, captions, and overall presentation. Comfortable working with video editors, designers, writers, production teams, and clients. Hands-on understanding of AI tools such as Chat GPT, Gemini, Claude, Midjourney, Runway, Canva AI, or similar tools. Someone who is proactive, organized, accountable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. </p><p> This role is ideal for someone who Enjoys working with brands and clients.
