Business Development | Senior Sales Manager - Client Partnerships

We're looking for a Senior Sales Manager / Business Development professional to own the full sales cycle for new client partnerships from prospecting to closing to account growth. This role is central to our growth and works closely with our delivery team to ensure every client relationship translates into long-term success.

What You'll Do

• Identify, prospect, and close new client partnerships with startups and tech/growth-stage companies
• Own the full B2B sales cycle: outbound outreach, pitching, proposal development, negotiation, and closing
• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients using CRM tools and structured sales processes
• Partner closely with the delivery/recruitment team to ensure client satisfaction, repeat business, and account expansion
• Represent CareerXperts at industry events, forums, and networking opportunities to build the brand and pipeline
• Report on sales metrics, pipeline health, and revenue targets.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within staffing, recruitment, HR-tech, or a related consultative-selling environment
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong consultative selling skills comfortable navigating complex, relationship-driven sales cycles
• Confident communicator and negotiator, comfortable engaging with founders and senior leadership
• Self-starter who can build a pipeline from scratch and manage it independently

Nice to Have

• Existing network within the startup/tech ecosystem in Bengaluru or India
• Experience selling recruitment, staffing, or HR services specifically
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho)
