Our client is an established manufacturing and industrial organization seeking a Business Development Coordinator to assist the sales and marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoys communicating with customers, following up on opportunities, and supporting business development efforts.The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing multiple priorities, working independently, and jumping into a variety of sales, marketing, and administrative projects.

Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development Assistance:Follow up with customers, leads, prospects, and open quotesAssist with lead and inquiry qualificationMaintain accurate inquiry and contact activitySupport lead generation and business development effortsHelp identify and develop new business opportunitiesAssist the sales team with customer and prospect communication
Quoting & Sales Support:Prepare spreadsheets and supporting materials for quotesGather and organize vendor quotesAssist with quote follow-up and trackingHelp maintain accurate sales and customer information
Marketing Assistance:Assist with digital marketing and lead-generation initiativesSupport Google SEM/SEO programsAssist with industry-specific lead generation platformsHelp maintain and update company website contentSupport other sales and marketing projects as needed
Administrative & Project SupportSchedule meetings and coordinate calendarsAssist with travel arrangementsCoordinate sample shipments to customers and vendorsAssist with recruiting and coordinating sales representativesTake on special projects and general sales/marketing support as needed
