Role Summary:

The University Guidance Counselor supports students in planning and achieving their higher education goals by providing personalised university and career guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide students through university and career planning.
• Assist with university applications, essays, and documentation.
• Advise students and parents on admission requirements, scholarships, and timelines.
• Organise university fairs, information sessions, and career events.
• Build relationships with universities and stay updated on global admissions trends.
• Maintain accurate student records and application data.
• Collaborate with teachers and school leadership to support student success.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Counselling, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience in university admissions or college counselling, preferably in an international school.
• Strong knowledge of global university admissions processes.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport with students, parents, and university representatives.
