Urgent Care Physician
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 10;12;9 Pay Rate: $135.80 - $147.00
This facility is seeking an Urgent Care Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details and requirements for this opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday - Friday 8a-7p, Saturday and Sunday 8a-5p
- Patients per day: 22
- Practice Setting: Clinic
- Scope: Urgent Care
- State Licensure: Oregon State medical license, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Basic Life Support (BLS) American Heart Association Issued and Board Certified in Family or Emergency Medicine.
- Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days or less
