Role Description:

The Front Office Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Siliguri. This role is responsible for managing the reception area, greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate team members. Daily tasks include handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, maintaining visitor logs, coordinating appointments, and providing general information to callers and guests. The Front Office Executive will also support basic administrative activities such as managing front office records, ensuring a clean and organized reception space, and collaborating with other departments to facilitate smooth office operations.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Front Office and Receptionist Duties skills, including managing calls, visitors, and appointment scheduling.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to interact effectively with clients, visitors, and colleagues.
• Candidates should possess solid Customer Service abilities, with a professional, courteous, and solution-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (email, word processing, spreadsheets) and office equipment operation is beneficial.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a busy front office environment are preferred.
• Prior experience in a front office, reception, or customer-facing role is an advantage.
• A minimum of a high school diploma; additional vocational or college education in administration or related fields is beneficial.
