About EUR Event U Rox is a Bengaluru-based experiential event management and marketing agency with 3,500+ events delivered across India, working with Fortune 500 and growth-stage brands. We're a fast-moving team that rewards ownership and original thinking.

The Role We're looking for someone who doesn't wait to be briefed. This role owns EUR's brand identity, marketing, and digital presence end-to-end — and comes with real influence over how EUR shows up in the market. You'll work directly with leadership. This is a builder's role, not an execution seat.

What You'll Own

Brand identity, voice, and positioning across all touchpoints

Marketing campaigns and content that drive inbound interest

Website, SEO, and organic search performance

Social media presence (LinkedIn & Instagram)

Digital media coordination during live events

What We're Looking For

1. Experience of 4–8 years in marketing, brand, or digital marketing — agency, events, or B2B services background preferred
2. A track record of building a brand's presence, not just maintaining it
3. Strong writer with a sharp eye for design
4. Hands-on with SEO and website/CMS management
5. Self-driven, organised, and comfortable owning outcomes end-to-end

Bonus: experience in events/experiential/creative agencies, paid media, or basic design tools
