• ile:Bachelor's degree in Marine Operations, Shipping, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related fi
• eld.Minimum 12 years of progressive experi ence in shipping, maritime, cargo or logistics operati
• ons.At least 4-5 years of direct experi ence in cargo operations, vessel operations, terminal operations, CFS, ICD, warehousing or a similar environm
• ent.Strong exposure to end-to-end cargo handling, routing, storage, movement and deliv
• ery.Experience managing carriers, vendors, terminal operators, transporters, shipping agents or handling partn
• ers.Proven experience in operational cost control, contract negotiation, compliance and process improvem
• ent.Demonstrated experience managing teams and coordinating cross-functional and on-ground operati
• ons.Familiarity with customs procedures, cargo documentation, safety requirements, ERP, TOS and cargo-tracking syst
