The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in financial planning, treasury, fundraising, project finance, compliance, and corporate governance within the Real Estate or Construction sector. This role requires a hands-on leader capable of partnering with business teams, investors, lenders, auditors, and senior management to build a scalable, institutional-grade finance functio </p> <p> n. <br />Key Responsibilit </p> <p> ies• Lead the organization's overall finance strategy in alignment with business objectiv </p> <p> es.• Oversee Financial Planning &amp; Analysis (FP&amp; A), budgeting, forecasting, MIS, and business performance reporti </p> <p> ng.• Drive treasury operations, cash flow management, working capital optimization, and liquidity planni </p> <p> ng.• Lead debt raising, equity fundraising, project financing, and structured finance transactio </p> <p> ns.• Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, investors, private equity funds, and lende </p> <p> rs.• Partner with leadership on strategic business planning, investment decisions, acquisitions, and expansion initiativ </p> <p> es.• Ensure compliance with Ind AS, Companies Act, RERA, GST, FEMA, Income Tax, and all applicable statutory regulatio </p> <p> ns.• Lead financial reporting, audits, tax planning, risk management, and corporate governance initiativ </p> <p> es.• Implement and strengthen ERP systems, internal financial controls, automation, and reporting process </p> <p> es.• Provide strategic financial insights to improve profitability, optimize costs, and enhance operational efficien </p> <p> cy.• Mentor and develop high-performing finance teams while fostering a culture of accountability and excellen </p> <p> ce. <br />Candidate Pro </p> <p> file• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandat </p> <p> ory.• 14+ years of post-qualification experience in Fina </p> <p> nce.• Minimum 5 years of experience as Head of Finance, Finance Controller, or a similar leadership r </p> <p> ole.• Strong experience in Real Estate is highly preferred.
