Job Description
Vitality Senior Living - - Responsibilities: Assist residents with activities, simple treatments, and emotional health and/or behavioral issues per service plans; Assist in development and revision of service plans with supervisor input; Observe and report resident problems to LPN on duty or Medication Tech/Aid; Attend onboarding, annual and in-service training and team meetings; Perform other duties as assigned by Wellness Director
