Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Finance and Accounting courses, with expertise in Auditing, Budget Analysis, Financial Accounting, International Accounting, and/or Forensic Accounting .
• Design and deliver engaging, student-centric learning experiences.
• Mentor and guide students in academic, research, and internship activities.
• Develop and continuously enhance course content, curriculum, and teaching methodologies.
• Conduct high-quality research and publish in reputed peer-reviewed journals .
• Collaborate with faculty on research, academic initiatives, and interdisciplinary activities.
• Contribute to departmental and institutional academic development.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Ph.D. in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline from a reputed institution.
• Strong research orientation with a good publication record .
• 1–2+ years of teaching experience at a reputed university/business school is desirable.
• Candidates from Tier-I institutions, including IIMs and leading business schools , will be preferred.
• Strong communication, teaching, mentoring, and interpersonal skills.
