We’re looking for a Shopify expert, creative marketer, and team leader to manage our online stores, influencer marketing, social media, and daily operations.

Your Responsibilities

Shopify & Daraz Expert : Manage products, collections, listings, pricing, navigation, landing pages, promotions, apps, and routine troubleshooting. Improve product pages, bundles, and the shopping experience to grow conversions and average order value.

Operations & Ginko ERP: Maintain accurate orders and inventory. Oversee Daraz fulfilment through Daraz and Shopify dispatch through couriers. Coordinate deliveries, cancellations, returns, and COD settlements with dispatch and accounts.

Influencer Marketing: Own creator selection, outreach, negotiation, product seeding, briefs, approvals, posting deadlines, and relationships. Evaluate audience fit and genuine engagement; Track campaign costs, engagement, traffic, and attributable sales using links or discount codes where possible.

Social Media: Manage all brand platforms, content calendars, scheduling, and posting. Work with designers and creators on attractive visuals, captions, reels, stories, product education, launches, and offers. Use audience insights to improve results.

Team Leadership: Lead customer support and designers, assign priorities and targets, review quality, provide feedback, and ensure timely execution. Resolve customer issues and coordinate across marketing, design, support, and dispatch.

Reporting: Deliver weekly and monthly reports covering sales versus targets, store performance, inventory, fulfilment, influencer campaigns, social media, customer support, and team productivity—with clear improvements and next steps.

What You’ll Bring

• Ideally 4–6 years of relevant experience, with strong Shopify expertise.
• Proven influencer marketing, social media management, and team leadership experience.
• Daraz, ERP, and Pakistan courier/COD knowledge; Ginko experience preferred.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets, reporting, communication, creativity, and ownership.
• Skincare or beauty experience is a plus.
