Technical Manager - Poultry (Feed Supplements & Additives Business)

Responsibilities

• Provide poultry feed formulation expertise for commercial broilers, layers, and broiler breeders.
• Provide on-field technical assistance to sales teams, distributors, and key customers (breeders, layers, broilers, integrators).
• Conduct product performance trials, data collection, and technical presentations to demonstrate efficacy.
• Troubleshoot customer complaints related to nutrition, management, or product performance.
• Conduct technical training programs for sales teams, dealers, and farmers.
• Develop technical brochures, FAQs, and product comparison sheets.
• Support sales in customer meetings, seminars, and exhibitions.

Ideal Candidate

• Experience: 3-6 years
• Qualification: BVSc & MVSc, preferably in Animal Nutrition/ Poultry Science
• Location: Mahape, Navi Mumbai
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively for customer visits, technical support, and field evaluations.
