Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for issuing tickets as per client requirements.

2. Responsible for managing all transactions related to non-air services including Rail, Visa, Bus, and Insurance.

3. Responsible for ensuring client SLAs are consistently met.

4. Responsible for driving PLB carrier sales.

5. Responsible for ensuring all supporting documents are uploaded in iBook.

6. Responsible for ensuring nil billing pendency at all times.

7. Responsible for extending support for submissions by providing all correspondence emails.

8. Responsible for handling personal bookings of clients and ensuring timely collection of payments.

9. Responsible for coordinating with customers for day-to-day bookings.

10. Responsible for ensuring quality service is provided to clients by adhering to organisational standards.

Job Requirements:

• HSC/Graduate in any discipline
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in International Air Ticketing and Travel Operations.
• Strong knowledge of GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre.
• Experience in handling international flight bookings, reissues, cancellations, refunds, and fare calculations.
• Knowledge of airline fare rules, routing, visa requirements, and travel documentation.
• Ability to manage end-to-end travel arrangements for corporate clients.
• Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
