Job Summary
This person will be responsible for supporting our team of project leads, providing feedback to business units, data entry, andread/interpret plans. This is an entry level position (1+ years’ minimum experience) that will be responsible for supporting our team of project leads.
Job Location
This role is based out of our plant in Elgin, IL or Kenosha, WI.
Job Responsibilities
Provide support to project lead teamHandle administrative tasks for project leadsRead/interpret plans and drawingsDetermine pricing of products as neededBuild submittal packets for customersInform team of the status of their orders, advising them of any changesComply with company attendance standardsCoordinate effectively with transportation, planning, engineering, and sales.Follow up on inquiries for customer issue resolution and product design; process escalations when neededCoordinate with different departments to resolve team's requests in an effective manner
Job Requirements
1+ years in an office environmentExperience working in manufacturing or logistics is preferredExcellent interpersonal and oral/written communicationComfortable user of Microsoft ExcelDetail oriented, with the ability to multi-taskDemonstrated ability to work calmly in a fast-paced team environmentWilling to be adaptable & flexible in our ever-changing work environmentExperience with SAP or willingness to learn
Compensation
