Trusted Health is hiring a Surgical MS/PCU RN to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care on a fast-paced surgical and progressive care unit. In this role, you will manage post-operative and high-acuity med-surg patients, perform comprehensive assessments, interpret telemetry, administer IV medications, and respond quickly to changes in condition. You will collaborate closely with surgeons, hospitalists, and interdisciplinary teams, educate patients and families, and document accurately in the EHR.
