Job Description

Contract RN in progressive care for 13 weeks in Charlotte, North Carolina. Provides direct patient care in a fast‑paced environment, collaborating with the healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care in the progressive care setting, following physician orders and hospital protocols.

  • Assess patient conditions continuously, monitor vital signs, and document findings accurately.

  • Administer medications and treatments as required, adhering to safety standards and procedures.

  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and update patient care plans.

  • Maintain compliance with hospital policies, EMR systems, and regulatory requirements at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Valid RN license from North Carolina or a compact license.

  • BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.

  • Minimum of 1 year of recent hospital experience.

  • Clean criminal background.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • ACLS certification.
