Guiding clients through the unique process of new construction home financing, the full-time Mortgage Loan Originator - SC, NC, TN, GA, VA will consult with borrowers, recommend customized loan solutions, and ensure a seamless experience from application to closing. Key responsibilities Consult with clients to assess financial needs and recommend appropriate mortgage products for new home construction Collaborate with real estate agents, home builders, and referral sources to generate new business opportunities Assist borrowers through the loan application and approval process, ensuring compliance with builder-specific requirements Required qualifications NMLS License and ability to originate loans in SC, NC, TN, GA, or VA 2+ years of recent mortgage origination or sales experience Demonstrated knowledge of mortgage programs, underwriting guidelines, and compliance Experience with construction loan origination Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
