The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently, conducting onsite, in-person presentations to students at schools, and have the ability to determine a candidate's potential. They should have excellent communication and organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Will source talent via ATS system; phone screenings, extend offers, offer negotiation. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.
The Recruiter – is responsible for sourcing, recruiting and placing USA-domestic clinical permanent staff and external across the assigned division. The Recruiter will build a pool of passive and active candidates for facilities through referrals from the sourcing team as well as through other recruitment sources they have identified. Recruitment of candidates is conducted in an efficient, time sensitive, productive, and cost-effective manner in coordination with the efforts of the Manager. The Recruiter will provide information to candidates concerning the position requirements, client hospital attributes, onboarding processes, credentialing and community offerings. xzbcwsv
Responsibilities:Service Line - Will recruit for REGISTERED NURSE NEW GRADUATE positions for hospitalsTravel: Will be required to participate in onsite events/ school presentations - minimum 20% travel per monthMaintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positionsQualify and/ or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviewsServe as contact person for questions from candidatesMeet weekly quotas related to calls and emails
Qualifications:Bachelor's DegreeMinimum 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experienceHealthcare recruiting experienceEffective communication skills - great/ polished communicatorRequires excellent time management skillsStrong organizational and interpersonal skillsStrong Client Management experienceExperience working with Microsoft Office SuiteExperience working with ATSHigh-energy and passionDemonstrated ability to meet quotasMust have experience successfully handling HIGH-VOLUME recruitment
**Must have reliable transportation to attend/ travel to onsite events/ school presentations. Recruiter must reside in the local Division/ Market of Nashville, TN.
