Key Responsibilities

• Develop interior concepts, space plans, layouts, and working drawings.
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories.
• Create 2D drawings using AutoCAD.
• Develop 3D models, renderings, and walkthroughs using SketchUp, Enscape & Lumion.
• Understand client requirements and present design concepts.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and site teams.
• Conduct site visits and ensure execution matches approved designs.
• Manage project timelines, materials, and multiple projects.
