Salary: $120,000 - 135,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree in a computer-related or process-focused field.
• We need at least 5 years of experience as a business analyst.
• We require 5+ years of experience working in software development environments.
• We look for proven hands-on experience creating workflows and technical specifications.
• We require the ability to produce a variety of reports for management.
• We value prior healthcare experience, though it is not mandatory.
• We need familiarity with Agile delivery methods.
• We look for knowledge of JIRA, TFS, and similar project-tracking tools.
• We expect strong communication skills, including technical writing and the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

• We manage cross-functional stakeholder discussions and serve as the liaison between business teams and our internal development and testing groups.
• We facilitate JAD sessions, interview business representatives, resolve stakeholder disagreements, and address executive-level questions.
• We lead daily stand-ups, backlog refinement meetings, and sprint review sessions.
• We develop epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• We document business requirements and detailed specifications for delivery to our development team.
• We analyze business functions, gather information, and define output requirements and formats to support operations.
• We create and run both manual and automated test plans to ensure traceability and compliance.
• We prepare workflow diagrams, process charts, and system specifications.
• We collaborate closely with stakeholders, product managers, UI/UX partners, and QA specialists.
• We keep stakeholders informed, hold teams accountable, and help prevent delays in delivery.
• We apply our understanding of our infrastructure and data repositories to gather both development and reporting requirements.
• We contribute leadership to project-based process improvement initiatives.
