The company: Sambandh Health Foundation (SHF) SHF is a non-profit organization working on public health issues. Based in Gurugram, Haryana, SHF is an award-winning social enterprise that designs and implements large-scale public health and education programs. SHF’s flagship Digital Program Implementation (DPI) platform enables verified implementation at population scale — integrating learning, AI verification, behavioural nudging, and policy-linked recognition. Having successfully delivered programs like Tobacco-Free Educational Institutions (ToFEI), School Health and Wellness Programme (SHWP), and Tobacco-Free Villages (TfV) across multiple states, SHF is now entering a strategic growth phase focused on partnerships, business development, and revenue expansion. Roles and Responsibilities: S/he will report to Project Manager and be part of the team responsible for coordinating with the Government officials in various Project States. S/he will: · Communicate with Government officials for conducting activities · Actively use Internet-based applications and social media for awareness building · Facilitate and conduct training programs · Motivate people to conduct project activities · Tracking activities, documentation and reporting S/he will be working from the Gurugram office. The job may require travel to various project states. Qualifications: A Post Graduate in Public Health, Social Work or related fields with interest of working in the social sector and passion for making a better world. (We welcome freshers.) S/he should be able to work within a highly networked team structure and have a learning attitude with high energy and enthusiasm. Should be excellent in Microsoft Office and social media Apps and have good oral and written communication skills in English. Desirable: Previous experience of working with Government departments like Police, Education, Health, Social Welfare, etc will be an asset. Compensation offered: The starting salary will be 40,000 pm for the probation period of 6 months. Good performers are offered an additional component of variable pay after completion of 1 year.
