We are looking for a highly skilled Data Stage Developer with 7+ years of experience in ETL development, data integration, and data warehousing projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on experience in designing, developing, and optimizing Data Stage jobs in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL solutions using IBM Info Sphere Data Stage.

• Build and support complex Parallel Jobs, Server Jobs, and Sequences.

• Analyze business requirements and convert them into scalable ETL solutions.

• Develop data extraction, transformation, and loading processes from multiple source systems.

• Perform ETL performance tuning and optimization.

• Troubleshoot production issues and provide root cause analysis.

• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and database teams.

• Prepare technical documentation and support deployment activities.

• Ensure data quality, integrity, and adherence to development standards.

Mandatory Skills

• 7+ years of IBM Data Stage Development experience.

• Strong expertise in Data Stage Parallel Jobs.

• Hands-on experience with Data Stage Designer, Director, and Administrator.

• Strong SQL skills and database concepts.

• Experience with Data Warehousing and ETL methodologies.

• Experience working with Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, Teradata, or similar databases.

• Unix/Linux scripting knowledge.

• ETL performance tuning and troubleshooting experience.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Control-M / Autosys scheduling tools.

• Data Modeling concepts.

• Cloud platform exposure (AWS/Azure/GCP).

• Experience in Banking and Financial Services domain.

• Agile/Scrum development methodology.
