b Overview /b p In this role, you will join JLL’s Affordable Housing team in London to perform complex portfolio valuations of social housing and support ongoing client relationships. You will work under a Senior Director, applying DCF valuation methods and handling large data sets with accuracy. The position emphasizes high-quality reporting, clear communication with lenders and borrowers, and contributing to business development. This is a hybrid, on-site role with occasional national travel, offering an opportunity to influence social housing valuation practice and client service within a market-leading firm. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Perform complex portfolio valuations of social housing assets /li li Sustain and enhance client relationships and instructions /li li Support business development and cross-client opportunities /li li Utilize DCF valuation models and manage large data sets /li li Produce high-quality reports in MS Word with attention to detail /li li Explain and justify valuation approaches and assumptions to clients /li li Coach junior colleagues and supervise their work /li li Work under pressure and manage multiple priorities /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li MRICS qualification (essential) /li li RICS Registered Valuer /li li 1-6+ years’ PQE /li li Strong experience in valuation using DCF (residential or other asset classes) /li li Fluent MS Excel with data analysis and financial modelling /li li Excellent written English for reports /li li Experience in building and sustaining client relationships /li li Ability to coach juniors and supervise work /li li Strong work ethic and client service mindset /li li Flexible, team player /li li Location: London, on-site with hybrid/remote options /li li Some travel for meetings and inspections /li /ul ul li strong communication /li li attention to detail /li li client-focused /li li DCF valuation /li li MS Excel (data analysis, modelling) /li li MS Word (report writing) /li /ul
