Develop personalized career development and job search strategies.
Review, edit, and optimize ATS-friendly resumes.
Enhance Linked In profiles to improve recruiter visibility and branding.
Conduct HR, behavioral, and mock interview sessions with constructive feedback.
Guide candidates on interview preparation, salary discussions, and employer expectations.
Educate candidates on current U. S. hiring trends, recruitment practices, and job market insights.
Collaborate with Recruitment, Profile Marketing, and Sales teams to maximize candidate success.
Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions, candidate progress, and follow-ups.
Requirements :
1–3 years of experience in Career Counseling, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, HR, Career Development, or U. S. Staffing.
Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment tools, and Experience working with IT professionals or international candidates.
Comfortable working in a US shift
