Job Description Job Purpose Lead the complete PMC assignment for the transmission line, HVAC substations and HVDC terminal station packages, ensuring that the works are delivered safely, within the approved scope, schedule, budget, quality requirements and contractual framework. Key Responsibilities Act as the principal point of contact between the Consultant, Client, EPC contractors, OEMs and other stakeholders. Establish the Project Execution Plan, organization structure, responsibility matrix, communication protocol and reporting arrangements.
