Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and mentor the personal training team Drive Personal Training (PT) sales and overall training revenue Ensure high-quality coaching standards and trainer accountability Maintain gym floor discipline, professionalism, and member experience Actively engage with members to improve retention and PT conversions Coordinate with sales and club management for smooth operations Support hiring, onboarding, and performance review of trainers

Who Should Apply

Minimum 3 years of experience in personal training / fitness coaching Certification is mandatory (preferred over all others) Prior experience with a branded gym (Anytime Fitness, Cult, Gold's Gym, etc.) is a strong advantage Strong leadership mindset with ability to manage people and performance Proactive, disciplined, calm under pressure, and solution-oriented Must be based in or willing to relocate near Old Gurgaon
