Job Title: Client Relationship Executive

About the Role We're looking for a personable, proactive Client Relationship Executive to be the primary point of contact between SAM and our clients. This role suits someone who's great with people, quick on follow-ups, and genuinely invested in client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for assigned clients on day-to-day operational matters
• Conduct regular client visits/calls to gather feedback and address concerns
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, QA, HR) to resolve client complaints promptly
• Track and follow up on open issues until closure; ensure timely escalation where needed
• Maintain client records, visit reports, and communication logs in Excel/app-based tools
• Build strong, long-term relationships to ensure client retention and satisfaction
• Identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling additional services
• Prepare periodic client satisfaction and account status reports for management

Requirements

• Prior experience in client servicing, account management, or relationship roles (facility management/B2B services preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and app-based reporting/CRM tools
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a sense of urgency on follow-ups
• Presentable, confident, and professional demeanor
• Willingness to go on ground for client site visits

Preferred

• Prior experience in a multi-site facility management or FM company
• Bachelor's degree (any stream)
