I am currently working with a firm based in Manhattan who are actively seeking multiple Attorneys to join their ranks as they look to make expansion hires across the firm. Here are the headlines:
The Firm Respected Mid-Size Manhattan Firm: Join a highly regarded firm of 80+ attorneys across multiple offices, recognized for its exceptional legal work, collaborative culture, and longstanding reputation in the New York market.National Multi-Award-Winning Firm: Join a firm who was recently named recipient of ‘Best Law Firm’, ‘Best Place to Work’ and work alongside their ‘Super Lawyer’ Attorneys in their Tier 1 Ranked Departments!Mid-Size Heavyweight with High-Quality Work: Work on High Level Matters in a Full-Service Mid-Size environment; with the average billing rate at the firm over $800 per hour!High Level Attorney Environment: Work alongside Ex-Big Law Attorneys, T20 Grads and certified Super Lawyers in one of New York’s most prominent Mid-Size firms!
The Role Provide Counsel on Corporate Transactions: Take point and assist on Mergers and Acquisitions, Joint ventures, and Corporate governance matters.Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of Commercial Agreements: Produce and review documents such as NDAs, Service Agreements, and Vendor Contracts.Assist with Corporate Document Matters: Perform diligence on the structuring, negotiation, and execution of complex business deals. xzbcwsv Advise clients on Compliance: Keep in check and up to date with Federal and New York State Corporate laws and regulatory requirements
